(the "Company") received a letter (the "Staff Determination") from the Nasdaq Stock Market ("NASDAQ") notifying the Company that, based upon the Company's non-compliance with the $10 million stockholders' equity requirement set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(b) as of August 27, 2009, the Company's securities were subject to delisting from The NASDAQ Global Market unless the Company requests a hearing before the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel (the "NASDAQ Panel").

In a study published this week in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), researchers from University of Liège used brain imaging to study responses to sounds during sleep.

Rats given a drug that produces withdrawal in heroin addicts went into withdrawal after running excessively in exercise wheels, according to new research. Rats that ran the hardest had the most severe withdrawal symptoms.
