Researchers at The Rockefeller University in New York have conducted a study showing that infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) – the agent that causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) – triggers persistent T cell responses that last for at least six months.
The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital – Washington University Pediatric Cancer Genome Project (PCGP) has identified critical driver genes that account for disease-related alterations in a range of uncommon low-grade neuroepithelial tumors.
Ramius V&O Acquisition LLC, a subsidiary of Ramius LLC (collectively, "Ramius"), today announced that it has sent a letter to the Board of Directors of Cypress Bioscience, Inc. outlining its willingness to acquire all of Cypress' outstanding Common Stock in a negotiated transaction for $5.50 per share. The offer is conditioned upon Cypress commencing exclusive negotiations with Ramius no later than Friday, December 10, 2010 and entering into a definitive merger agreement by no later than Sunday, December 12, 2010.
