Politico reports that business groups are preparing ads for the November elections and some are targeting health reform. "The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has already vowed to invest $75 million in the mid-term elections. Endo International plc today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement under which Endo will acquire Grupo Farmaceutico Somar, a leading privately-owned specialty pharmaceuticals company based in Mexico City, Mexico, for cash consideration.
