A physically active lifestyle and occasional drinking are associated with a reduced risk of developing visual impairment, according to a study published online this month in Ophthalmology, the journal of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels typically have correlated with prostate biopsy results in the detection of prostate cancer, but that correlation no longer exists for men with a normal prostate exam, according to a new study published in the April 15, 2008 issue of CANCER, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Cancer Society.
Researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston have estimated that around one million children suffer from tuberculosis (TB) annually- twice the number previously thought to have tuberculosis and three times the number that are diagnosed every year.
