Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. today announced that it has completed the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jolt Acquisition Company, into Cardiac Science Corporation. As a result of the transaction, Cardiac Science has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Opto Circuits.
Dementia is a frequent complication of Parkinson's disease (PD), but it is clinically impossible to distinguish PD dementia (PDD), which develops from the progression of the Lewy body pathology that underlies PD, from PD with coexistent Alzheimer's disease.
