Huntington's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder that causes patients to lose their ability to move, speak, and even think. It is caused by a gene mutation that produces an abnormal form of the protein huntingtin, which aggregates and builds up inside neurons of the cortex and striatum.

A University of Granada professor specialist in Nutrition explained that the species Lycium Barbarum -currently imported from China- comes from the Mediterranean regions and grows in other mild regions of the world. Also, he stated that "Goji berries will not have any positive effect on people that do not follow a balanced diet".
As rates of skin cancer, or melanoma, rise for men and women in the United States, health experts are debating the effectiveness of annual total body examinations in helping to detect the disease in its earlier stages.
