A new study co-led by Hsin-Hsiung Tai, professor of pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Kentucky, suggests that a key prostaglandin (PG) metabolic enzyme shows promise as a drug target to help tissue regeneration and repair, particularly after bone marrow transplantation and tissue injuries.
Researchers at the University of Rochester have developed a novel optical technique that permits rapid analysis of single human immune cells using only light.
ForteBio, a division of Pall Life Sciences and a leading supplier of label-free technology that accelerates the development of biotherapeutic and pharmaceutical products, today announced the introduction of its Dip and Read Ni-NTA biosensor for use on its Octet and BLItz instrumentation platforms.
The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), in conjunction with leading pulmonary hypertension specialists, has announced the launch of an educational campaign to raise awareness of the association between pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and stimulant use, particularly methamphetamine use.
