Dr. David Durham will present Advances in Traumatic Brain Injury at the University of New Mexico on Friday, September 4th to physicians and medical students in the departments of psychiatry and neurology.
An international research team has found nearly 30 genetic risk factors that predispose to developing multiple sclerosis. It brings to more than 50 the total number of genetic clues to the disease. The research, published in Nature, will help identify risk factors and perhaps future treatments or even a cure, hopes the MS Society.
Mersana Therapeutics, a platform-based cancer therapeutics company, announced today positive preclinical pharmacokinetic data for its lead development candidate, XMT-1001, which is currently in a Phase 1 clinical trial in patients with advanced solid tumors. The results were presented in a poster session at the AACR 101st Annual Meeting 2010 in Washington, DC, held April 17-21, 2010.
From 1st October 2004, the fee for completing Factual Reports will rise from £17 to £32 providing the GP meets new targets on turnaround times for completion.
Conservative women opposed to the birth control mandate are pushing to reframe the debate around religious liberty.
