Endologix, Inc., developer of minimally invasive treatments for aortic disorders, acknowledged today that it has become aware that Cook Medical has filed a lawsuit against Endologix in the United States District Court alleging that Endologix infringes two of Cook's U.S. patents.
A study, published in the November 2012 issue of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer's (IASLC) Journal of Thoracic Oncology, showed the plasma test VeriStrat can predict response but not survival benefit from erlotinib.
