A new study from US reveals that hearing loss is becoming more common among young people. The study reports that 1 in 5 adolescents now have some hearing problems, particularly in perceiving high-frequency sounds. Researchers say loud music could be one of the reasons for this.
Phadia today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in the Chinese marketing company WKL from the parent company MeiRui. The acquisition is made through AllergonAB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phadia, and is subject to approval by Chinese authorities.
Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals, Inc., today reported preliminary results of its ongoing Phase I/II clinical trial with Apoptone® (HE3235) for hormone-resistant prostate cancer (also called castrate-resistant prostate cancer or CRPC).
