The second annual Carol Van Andel Angel of Excellence dinner and award presentation took place on April 17, 2014. Following customer feedback this summer, Label Planet Ltd tested its own brand of Stikins® name labels and competitors' name labels against a range of the most popular sun creams currently available on the market.
"Scientists are warning officials negotiating a global treaty on mercury that banning the deadly chemical completely would be dangerous for public health because of the chemical's use in vaccines," the Associated Press reports.
A widely used screening tool deployed in the early phases of drug discovery to weed out undesirable compounds is wrong so often it can't be trusted on its own, according to scientists at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
