The Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. (CAP) today announced that it has launched CAP Cares, a program created to help its physician members preserve the doctor-patient relationship in the wake of an adverse patient outcome.
Research from a large international effort shows that 20% of children with cancer who are infected with SARS-CoV-2 develop severe infections.
Women and men experience a similar prevalence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment of coronary artery disease; however, women are significantly less likely than their male counterparts to be treated with statins, aspirin, and beta-blockers according to a new study by researchers at Rush University Medical Center.
