Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of the shares, after estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $86.2 million.
