"The big lie," as the president's broken Obamacare promise is now known, was that everyone could keep his or her doctor and insurance policy under the ACA. The Serum Institute of India plans to start manufacturing Oxford University's COVID-19 vaccine in 3 weeks to get a head start on production, the company announced. This comes even as experts warn that any successful vaccine will take two or more years to come on the market.
In many countries, caesarean section is routinely used if the woman previously gave birth by caesarean section.
