Luna Innovations Incorporated announced today that a bankruptcy court hearing has been set for January 12, 2010, to decide whether to confirm Luna's Plan of Reorganization and allow Luna to emerge from bankruptcy.

However, if boiled, the reduction is smaller, 18%, with the corresponding increase in risk for the consumer.
