Everyone empirically knows that stressful events certainly affect sound sleep. Scientists in the Japanese sleep institute found that the active component rich in sugarcane and other natural products may ameliorate stress and help having sound sleep.
A University of South Florida College of Nursing researcher has been awarded a $2.2 million grant from the National Institutes of Health's National Cancer Institute to study whether a home-based exercise regimen to help improve gait and balance and strengthen muscles can lessen adverse neuromuscular effects many breast cancer survivors face after chemotherapy.
"Since 1970, campaigns against smoking seem to have been largely successful, but the message has not been able to reach the youngest ages," says professor Cecilie Svanes at Centre for International Health at The University of Bergen.
