This phase 1 trial is assessing the safety, tolerability and initial clinical activity of progressively increasing doses of PSMA ADC in patients with progressive, metastatic, hormone-refractory prostate cancer following prior taxane chemotherapy.
A European study has defined the profile for the usage of long-acting contraceptive methods. The work, presented with the National Congress of Gynaecology award, shows, amongst other things, that 10% of women use these methods, the majority over 30 years old.
Common and rare SORLA single nucleotide polymorphisms have been associated with the development of Alzheimer's disease.
