ULURU Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of a portfolio of wound management and oral care products, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell an aggregate of 4,079,539 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $0.38 to a group of European investors, which is expected to result in gross proceeds of $1,550,225.

In an article published in the March 2010 issue of the American Journal of Ophthalmology, researchers from the Mayo Clinic and Mayo Foundation, Rochester, MN, followed 135 patients with intermittent exotropia over a 20-year period and found that slightly more than 90% of these children became nearsighted by the time they reached their 20s.
