Elderly women with early-stage breast cancer had a lower risk of recurrence when they were treated with radiation therapy, according to a study in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
Depomed, Inc. announced today that it has completed enrollment of Breeze 3, the company's pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial evaluating Serada for the non-hormonal treatment of menopausal hot flashes.
New data published in the March 17, 2009, issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology suggest that relatively healthy women with severe depression are at increased risk of cardiac events, including sudden cardiac death (SCD) and fatal coronary heart disease (CHD).
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced today that injectable drugs used in total parenteral nutrition in critical shortage will be imported into the United States and available to patients this week.
