Derycz Scientific, Inc., a company that is pioneering a fresh way of facilitating the flow of information from content publishers to enterprise customers and their constituents, today announced that Reprints Desk, an award-winning provider of information services and content workflow solutions, will sponsor and exhibit at two pharmaceutical marketing events: Digital Pharma West, being held in San Francisco from June 28-30, 2010, and Digital Pharma East, being held in Philadelphia from October 18-20, 2010.
DJO Incorporated today announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, DJO Finance LLC an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of DJO, and DJO Finance Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of DJOFL intend to offer, in a private offering subject to market and other conditions, $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior subordinated notes due 2017.
As is well-known, Congress has a constitutional duty to examine presidential nominees like Dr. Berwick.
