A new study by researchers at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University suggests that measuring how fast the brain responds to sights and sounds could help in objectively classifying people on the autism spectrum and may help diagnose the condition earlier.
Gentium S.p.A. today announced that ongoing preclinical and clinical studies on Defibrotide have been completed and confirmed its plan to file for regulatory approval of Defibrotide with the US Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency by the end of the second quarter of 2011.
An interesting new study by researchers in Australia, which has been published in the journal PLOS ONE, suggests that lifestyle changes due to pandemic restrictions on outdoor mobility have been small. But they warn that these may accumulate over time.
