According to the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one in 45 children is diagnosed with autism.
An artificial intelligence platform designed to identify a broad range of acute neurological illnesses, such as stroke, hemorrhage, and hydrocephalus, was shown to identify disease in CT scans in 1.2 seconds, faster than human diagnosis, according to a study conducted at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and published today in the journal Nature Medicine.
A recent study finds that antigen-based testing can reliably identify children who are infectious for SARS-CoV-2.
In a paper published in the Journal of the American Medical Association Internal Medicine today, researchers showed how analysis of data from the multigenerational Framingham Osteoporosis Study may in part explain why the incidence of hip fracture in the U.S. has declined during the last two decades.
