Chemed Corporation announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 16-cents per share on the Company's capital stock, payable on September 6, 2011, to shareholders of record as of August 16, 2011. WHO estimates that at least 500,000 children contract TB each year and that 70,000 die from the disease, largely in Asia and Africa."
