Total net revenue was $38,164,000 compared to $38,879,000 in the prior year second quarter. Same-facility net revenue declined 1% for the quarter. Net income from continuing operations attributable to NovaMed in the second quarter of 2010 was $1,805,000, or $0.23 per diluted share, compared to $2,290,000, or $0.30 per diluted share, in the prior year second quarter.
