When enrolled in a cancer clinical trial, the differences in survival rates between rural and urban patients are significantly reduced, SWOG study results show.

The Genova Bio, a UV/visible spectrophotometer, has been designed for fast and easy use in life science applications, whilst having a low-price point.
Measuring the body temperatures of newborns with temporal artery thermometry is as accurate as using rectal thermometers, according to a cross-sectional study recently published in Paediatrica Indonesiana. Quick, safe and accurate thermometry methods are necessary when measuring neonate temperatures.
