CMS has not conducted audits to ensure that Medicare prescription drug plans have implemented programs to prevent fraud as required by law, a lack of oversight that "risks significant misuse of funds in this $39 billion program," according to a Government Accountability Office report scheduled for release on Monday, the AP/Orlando Sentinel reports. For the report, GAO examined five unnamed plans to determine whether they met requirements to participate in the Medicare prescription benefit.

Regular workouts make women feel more stronger, healthier, confident, energized and accomplished

A new survey of 443 women ages 25-49 finds that those who work out regularly do not just do it to be healthy; they do it to feel like a more confident, energized and accomplished woman. In fact, nearly all active women—more than nine out of 10—say working out regularly makes them feel healthier (100 percent), stronger (98 percent) and more energized (94 percent). These same women report that regular workouts make them feel more confident and accomplished (86 percent).
