Researchers at Henry Ford Hospital compared the patient population of a major U.S. prostate cancer study with patients found in three U.S. cancer databases, ultimately finding the patients of the study to be inconsistent with the average prostate cancer patient.
A research group, led by Professor Kyungmoo Yea at the Department of New Biology, DGIST has signed an agreement on the joint R&D for the development of anti-cancer antibody with Ahn-Gook Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in September.
For the second consecutive year, Colorado received a "D" on the Premature Birth Report Card issued by the March of Dimes. However, the state did show improvement in two key areas that affect prematurity, including the rate of smoking for childbearing-age women.
