Alegro Health Corp. (TSX-V: AGO), a provider of medical, surgical and rehabilitation and disability management services, today announced that it has changed its name to Centric Health Corporation. The Company received shareholder approval to change its name at a special meeting of shareholders held on August 25, 2009. The reason for the name change is that Management believes the new name better aligns the Company and brand with the industry in which it operates.
