Around one-eighth of all requests for tests and procedures by gastroenterologists are attributable to the practice of defensive medicine, Italian research shows.
McKesson Corporation, the nation's largest healthcare services and information technology company, today was rated the "World's Most Admired" company in its industry in an annual survey conducted by FORTUNE magazine and the Hay Group.
