Queensland researchers have come up with a "highly accurate" melanoma detection online tool that can help diagnose the condition within 90 seconds. The test can predict if a person would get the infection within the next three and a half years.

Higher intake of specific nutrients linked to lower brain iron and better cognition in older adults

Research conducted at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine suggests that higher intake of specific nutrients is associated with lower brain iron concentration and better cognitive performance in older adults.

So much for openness and enhanced oversight at FDA drug safety board!

The Drug Safety Oversight Board, created in February 2005, was originally introduced as a measure to speed up and help regulators respond to signs of unexpected side effects following a new drug hitting the market.
