In the journal Angewandte Chemie, a team of German and American researchers has now reported the production of microparticles whose surface consists of three separate areas ("patches") that can be decorated with three different (bio)molecules.
A new miniature, hand-held microscope may allow more precise removal of brain tumors and an easier recognition of tumor locations during surgery.
Prostate cancer development is associated with both inherited and acquired genetic alterations. More than 70 inherited genetic variants have been consistently identified in human DNA that may contribute to susceptibility or risk of prostate cancer.
