In a new study, researchers at Butler Hospital and Bradley Hospital in Rhode Island found a sharp decline in the availability and use of ECT in general hospitals across the U.S.
Cleveland Clinic researcher Emina Huang, M.D., a colorectal surgeon in the Digestive Disease and Surgery Institute and a staff member in the Lerner Research Institute's Department of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, has been awarded a collaborative five-year, $2.6 million grant from the National Cancer Institute to create innovative models of colorectal cancer that will enhance understanding of how the disease develops and spreads.
Researchers at the University of Kent are arguing that creativity and intermedial languages can be used as a bridge to communicate with autistic children.
St. Jude Medical, Inc., a global medical device company, today announced CE Mark approval of updated labeling for its Tendril STS and IsoFlex Optim pacing leads, allowing existing and future patients with the devices access to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans.
