Incline Therapeutics, Inc., a privately-held, hospital-focused specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the rights to IONSYS™ (fentanyl iontophoretic transdermal system) from ALZA Corporation and completed a $43 million Series A financing.
