SuperGen has announced the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 7,037,900 B2 entitled, "Composition and Method for Treating Graft-versus-Host Disease."
ARYx Therapeutics, Inc. today announced that the US Food and Drug Administration has informed the Company of an additional delay in providing needed guidance on the Phase 3 development of ARYx's product candidate for the treatment of various gastrointestinal disorders, naronapride. In this latest communication with ARYx, the FDA suggests a response will not be forthcoming until July 2011 at the earliest.
The proposed premium hikes for hundreds of thousands of California consumers with individual coverage would outpace the cost of overall medical care, which has risen just 3.6 percent in the last year.
Osseon Therapeutics, Inc., a biomedical device company based in Santa Rosa, California, today received a notice of allowance for its spinal vertebral compression fracture (VCF) technology. Recently, researchers from Peru demonstrated the presence of neutralizing antibodies for the receptor binding-domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in cats in Lima, Peru. The owners of the cats in the study had confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection.
