Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc., announced today that it has received tenders and consents on or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time on November 25, 2009 (the "Consent Date") representing approximately 98.1% of the $300 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7¼% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 (the "notes").
A new study in rodents has shown that the brain's cerebellum-known to play a role in motor coordination-also helps control the brain's reward circuitry.
Winter is in full force. With short days and less exposure to sunlight, everyone feels less energetic and more people are vulnerable to depression. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), or winter depression, is a mood disorder related to seasonal variations of light. Symptoms start in late fall and oftentimes last until April or early spring.
