Volunteer firefighters - who comprise more than 65 percent of the U.S. fire service - have higher levels of "forever chemicals," per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), in their bodies than the general public, according to a Rutgers study.
Community Health Systems, Inc. today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., has commenced a cash tender offer for any and all of its approximately $934 million outstanding principal amount of 8⅞% Senior Notes due 2015.
Precision tinted lenses have been used widely to reduce visual perceptual distortions in poor readers, and are increasingly used for migraine sufferers, but until now the science behind these effects has been unclear.
