Bond Laboratories Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary health supplements and beverage products, today announced that NDS Nutrition Products, Inc. (NDS) expects to post approximately $1.4 million in revenue from franchisees of the largest nutritional supplement retailer in the United States. This is an increase of more than 35% over the comparable quarter last year.
With no Twitter, cameras or telephones allowing reports from inside the court, much of the action will take place on the outside. A range of groups have planned demonstrations. All the while, the lawyers involved in the arguments have been busy with "moot court" practice sessions; spectators have been waiting in line in hopes of getting a seat; and stakeholders, such as the health care industry, are anxiously watching for clues to the outcome.
It is estimated that up to 75 percent of breast cancer survivors experience problems with cognitive difficulties following treatments, perhaps lasting years. Currently, few science-based options are available to help.
"Overall, the researchers found that yoga holds potential promise for helping improve anxiety, depression, PTSD and/or the psychological consequences of trauma", according to a University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill news-release regarding a study by researchers at its School of Social Work.
Noting that aid "has mixed impacts," Jonathan Glennie, a research fellow with the Overseas Development Institute, writes in the Guardian's "Poverty Matters Blog" that "there is one argument against aid that we need to tackle head on; the idea that we cannot afford aid, that we are being over-generous, especially in a time of cuts at home."
