Stryker Corporation announced today the acquisition of privately-held Porex Surgical, a division of Porex Corporation. Porex Surgical is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of bioimplantable porous polyethylene products (PPE) for use primarily in reconstructive surgery of the head and face.
