Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that the company has begun enrollment in the ASPIRE trial, a Phase 3 international clinical trial evaluating carfilzomib in combination with lenalidomide (Revlimid®) and low dose dexamethasone in patients with relapsed multiple myeloma.
