Boston Scientific Corporation today announced that it is voluntarily recalling all of its iCross Coronary Imaging Catheters used in intravascular ultrasound imaging in patients who are candidates for transluminal coronary interventional procedures.
Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd. generated net sales of $78.4 million and $126.4 million for the second quarter and first six months of Fiscal 2010, respectively, compared to $122.2 million and $230.5 million, respectively, during the corresponding periods of Fiscal 2009. Sales of distributed products were significantly lower for the second quarter and first six months of Fiscal 2010, in comparison to the corresponding periods of Fiscal 2009 primarily as a result of significantly higher sales of Paragraph IV products during both periods of Fiscal 2009.
Some 1.1 billion teenagers and young adults are at risk of hearing loss due to the unsafe use of personal audio devices, including smartphones, and exposure to damaging levels of sound at noisy entertainment venues such as nightclubs, bars and sporting events, according to WHO.
