Mylan Inc. has announced that it and its subsidiary Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. have entered into an agreement to settle pending litigation with UCB Societe Anonyme and UCB Pharma Inc. (collectively, UCB) relating to Levetiracetam Tablets, 250mg, 500mg and 750mg, the generic version of UCB's Keppra.
Allergan plc announced today the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared the XEN Glaucoma Treatment System (consisting of the XEN45 Gel Stent and the XEN Injector) for use in the U.S.
Parkinson's disease, a severely degenerative disease of the brain leading to tremors, muscle rigidity and finally immobility was until the 1990's believed to be due to environmental factors, lifestyle and a person's age.
