The company reported net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.7 million, or $0.02 per share, basic and diluted, for the fourth quarter of 2009, compared with net income attributable to common stockholders in the fourth quarter of 2008 of $3.9 million, or $0.06 per share, basic and diluted.
eClinicalWorks, a market leader in ambulatory clinical systems, today announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Correctional Medical Services, Inc. (CMS), a leading provider of health services for prisons and jails nationwide for over 30 years, to provide its electronic medical records (EMR) solution to correctional facilities affiliated with CMS.
Researchers from Oregon State Public Health Lab have modified the protocol for a relatively new test for a dangerous form of antibiotic resistance, increasing its specificity to 100 percent.
