The first report of the diagnostic use of the technique of exome sequencing, where short sequences of DNA are analysed, shows that it can give good results at low cost, a researcher from The Netherlands will tell the annual conference of the European Society of Human Genetics.
"The World Health Organization (WHO) has released a discussion paper identifying issues to be considered in the context of potential global health goals for the post-2015 agenda," the International Institute for Sustainable Development reports in an article on its webpage.
