Omega-6 fatty acids - found in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds - are a beneficial part of a heart-healthy eating plan, according to a science advisory published in Circulation: Journal of the American Heart Association.
IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., today reported that revenues for the fourth quarter of 2011 increased 8% to $307.2 million, from $283.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2010. Organic revenue growth, as defined below, was 7%. Earnings per diluted share ("EPS") for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 increased 8% to $0.67, compared to $0.62 for the same period in the prior year.
