The EU-funded CASBLiP project was conceived to integrate the image processing and acoustic mapping technologies into a single, portable device that could be worn by blind people and help them to navigate outdoors.
Researchers from Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) and Boston Medical Center (BMC) have found that women with breast pain who receive imaging (mammograms, MRIs or ultrasounds) as part of breast pain evaluation, undergo follow-up diagnostic testing, but do not gain benefit from these additional studies.
Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. today announced a private offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020, subject to market conditions. The notes will be unsecured, unsubordinated obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed by certain of the Company's domestic subsidiaries.
