Researchers at the University of Arizona have invented a device that for the first time allows neurosurgeons, who use microscopes extensively while operating, to see blood flowing inside vessels and more clearly distinguish cancerous from healthy tissue under the microscope.

At RSNA 2009, the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America held at McCormick Place in Chicago, DALSA will be demonstrating the XRI-1600 at Booth #7117 (North Building, Hall B) from November 29 - December 4, 2009.
The American Association for Cancer Research in partnership with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is now accepting applications for the 2011 research grants program. The program is administered using the AACR's rigorous peer-review system to ensure that the highest quality science is supported.
