UCLA neuro-physicists discover optimal brain rhythm for changing synaptic strength

Now, in a discovery that challenges conventional wisdom on the brain mechanisms of learning, UCLA neuro-physicists have found there is an optimal brain "rhythm," or frequency, for changing synaptic strength.
