Brookdale Senior Living enters asset purchase agreement with affiliates of Sunrise Senior Living

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement with affiliates of Sunrise Senior Living, Inc.to acquire 21 senior living communities that are currently owned by those affiliates for an aggregate purchase price of $204 million plus customary transaction expenses.

Curemark awarded QTDP grant to advance development of CM-AT for autism
