Eclipse extends tender offer to acquire Icagen for $6.00 per share

Pfizer Inc. and Icagen, Inc. announced today that Pfizer's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eclipse Acquisition Corp., has extended the expiration date of its tender offer for all outstanding shares of common stock of Icagen for $6.00 per share, paid to the seller in cash, without interest thereon, less any applicable withholding and transfer taxes.

Clinical Genomics Pty. Ltd (Sydney, Australia) and The Garvan Institute of Medical Research (Sydney, Australia) today announced that they have entered into a license agreement in relation to novel biomarkers discovered by scientists at the Garvan Institute.
