Lexicon Pharmaceuticals proposes $95 million underwritten public offering of common stock

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that it is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, $95,000,000 of its common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement in an underwritten public offering. Lexicon also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $14,250,000 of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
